Cleanrooms

Frentech Aerospace manufactures, assembles and tests the parts for aircraft, defense and space industries and focuses mainly on the supply of space mechanisms.

To develop its activities in the space industry, the company decided to build new cleanrooms.

Our company prepared the executive documentation and in the new extension we installed the two-story cleanrooms of ISO 8 cleanliness class (according to ISO 14644–1) with a total area of 347 m2.

The thermal testing technology and a material air-lock were located on the ground floor of the cleanrooms. The special air-lock for moving materials and production technology was designed on the 1st floor of the cleanrooms, and the personnel and material air-locks were built there.

The materials and components that meet the specific requirements for use in cleanrooms were used for the construction of the cleanrooms.

The work also included building technical systems such as HVAC, cooling, heating, sanitary installation, high and low voltage electrical systems, lighting, instrumentation and control systems, including the complete regulation and qualification of cleanrooms.

The construction work was carried out while other production processes in the building were in operation.
